PROVIDENCE, R.I.— Most Rev. Richard G. Henning, Bishop of Providence, will kick off the 19th annual Keep the Heat On campaign on November 28. The confirmation students at Christ the King Parish,180 Old North Rd., South Kingstown, will present a check to Bishop Henning in support of Keep the Heat On.

Rev. Msgr. Nicholas J. Iacovacci, 97, Pastor Emeritus of St. Ann Parish, Providence, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2023, at the Jeanne Jugan Residence in Pawtucket. A concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 29 at 10 a.m. in St. Peter Church, 350 Fair St., Warwick. Calling hours Tuesday, November 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. in St. Peter Church. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
