Catholic Charity Fund RIPTIK Program

The Catholic Charity Fund RIPTIKS program was established to respond to record setting gasoline prices and the hardship it created for struggling families.  Many individuals have turned to the diocese sharing stories of how they could not afford to drive to work, the grocery store or even to doctor’s appointments.  Recognizing the wide ripple effect of high gasoline prices and after discussion with dioecesan staff, Bishop Tobin established this program to provide some form of relief for those who were simply stretched beyond their financial limits.
