Project Hope/Proyecto Esperanza
Partners with the parishes of the Blackstone Valley for outreach and direct assistance to low-income families. Project Hope is open 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Services offered include:
- Assistance with basic needs such as food, rent, prescriptions
- Access to the Keep the Heat On assistance program
- Immigration information, assistance, and representation.
- Applications for the Cabrini Fund child care scholarship program
- Preparation of income taxes for low-income individuals and families is available from January through April.

Anyone in need.

Yes: English and Spanish.

Yes, for some programs.
Is there a fee?
There are some fees required by the Department of Immigration.
Fees are based on the individual’s income, and payment plans are available.
Other fees may apply for certain programs.
