A cordial invitation is extended to all on behalf of the Most Reverend Bishop Thomas J. Tobin to attend in The Chrism Mass. At this special Mass, the Oil of Chrism is consecrated, the Oils of Catechumens and the Sick are blessed, and the priests within the Diocese of Providence recommit themselves to the Priesthood of Jesus Christ. Light refreshments will be served in the Lower Cathedral Hall immediately following the liturgy. Of note: the procession into the Cathedral will begin promptly at 4:50 p.m.; those guests arriving after 4:45 p.m. will be directed to general seating.
